CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment ! A Deposit of $25 is required right after booking your appointment and it goes towards your total (deposits can be sent to my Chime: $Itssjaay74 , Cash App: $Itssjaay74 , Apple Pay or paid in cash , &’ the Remaining balance can be paid on Chime, or in cash which is due once you arrive ! DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE ! Please keep in mind that if deposits are not sent right after booking that your appointment can be taken !! Please be mindful & come to appointments on time or they will have to be canceled or rescheduled! You have a 10min grace period, at 10min there will be a $15 late fee &’ at 15min your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled ! -ADDRESS WILL BE SENT 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT -if your scheduled for an appointment & im not texting back fast on the day please still come to appointment (Im most likely just getting ready for appointment) -Please come washed and blowed out if you haven't added that service onto your appointment -No oils or product in hair (it does not mix well with edge control) I will oil your hair after the service
